Monthly based support are pre-billed monthly with a minimum contract for 1 year. We understand small businesses with tight budgets and the willingness to spend less on a more frequent basis depending on the value you receive on a recurring basis.
Monthly Based Support would suitable for you to experiment with BioCard support services, as you will have the opportunity to cancel anytime from monthly based support. When you cancel, you will lose your support at the end of your billing cycle and be able upgrade to contract based support.
Contract based support are pre-billed annually with a minimum contract for 3 years. Contract Based Support provides you with 15% discount during the duration of the contract.
